They excelled all my expectations

The Royal Marines Association not only makes a difference, it changes things, which is not something that can be honestly attributed to all veteran support networks.

Dears Sirs,

To deliver the content of this letter under the simple guise of a thank you would in no way portray the sincere and continued gratitude that I foster towards your organisation.

Having spent nearly nine years as a Royal Marine, all of which I greatly miss and fondly remember; little did I know that some thirty years later, I would be in need of one of the corps closely associated associations. Unfortunately I did, and as is synonymous with the Royal Marine ethos, they not only came up trumps, they excelled all my expectations. I would not have described my own situation as solely unique, but it certainly wasn't what could be called 'straight forward' either.

I would like to thank the Association for simply being, and all those who work behind the scenes who possibly rarely get to see first-hand the effect of the support at the coal-face. Which now brings me to those on the front line; I would like my sincere thanks to go out to the RMA Welfare Team, I don't know where the Association finds these people.

The Royal Marines Association not only makes a difference, it changes things, which is not something that can be honestly attributed to all veteran support networks.

Thank you again.
