A newly formed Branch to represent both Former and Serving Royal Marine Musicians. No subscription fee!
All new Royal Marine Musician recruits will now be given the chance to join our RMA Musicians branch during their initial training period at CTC Lympstone and also during their musical training at The School of Music Portsmouth.
Two main events so far will be the Royal Marines Band Service reunion in October each year and also the Band Service Memorial weekend concerts in Deal Kent held in July each year. It is also hoped to attend the Remembrance day in November at London each year.
As well as the above we hope to arrange camping weekends within the British Isles when members can take part in such things as sponsored walks and cycle rides all in aid of raising funds for the RMA.

RMA Concert Band
Purpose: Committed to providing the highest standard of performance and musical excellence in the same way as the RM Bands, the Royal Marines Association Concert Band eagerly seeks to recruit new members, thereby offering the opportunity to continue playing to all former Royal Marines Musicians, and to enjoy the comradeship experienced in the Royal Marines.
Comprising mainly former RM Musicians as well as other members of the Corps family, musicians from other Services and invited professional and experienced civilians, this band is going from strength to strength. The band rehearses weekly on a Thursday evening in the Volunteer Band Room in HMS Collingwood in Fareham and performs engagements on average every month from concerts at popular venues, mainly in the south of England, to prestigious commemorative events at venues such as Lancaster House and Westminster Hall in London.
