Find a branch near you

You don’t have to live near a Royal Marines Unit or establishment to be a part of the Royal Marines Association. With over 80 branches and interest groups in the UK and overseas, you can be sure to find a warm reception near you. »

Our branches are where our members get together and where local welfare advice is given. You can transfer to different branches as you re-locate, or visit other branches if you're travelling around. If you cannot reach any of our branches, joining our HQ Roll will keep you up-to-date and enable you to continue receiving membership benefits. Membership will also enable you to apply to join RMA Clubs and Societies.

  • Specialist Branch

    Cycle Club

The recently established RMA Cycle Club is a specialist branch within the RMA and was created from the RM Cycle Club (RMCC).  The Club is predominantly made up of former Royal Marines but serving Royal Marines have and are encouraged to join. Over the past couple of years the club has taken part in the 1664 Challenge and been part of a number of RMA led activities. The club has also run independently organised cycling events across the UK and abroad, with more being planned on a regular basis.

Membership is steadily increasing all the time with full membership standing at over 150. The main information hub is our Facebook page and RMA members who wish to join the branch are encouraged to check out the page and post a request to join. A bi-monthly Newsletter is published every 'odd numbered' month, giving information on forthcoming events as well as ride reports on events recently undertaken.

The club fee is £5, payable each January.  This covers the club admin costs and also provides associated club cycling insurance.

If you fancy linking up with like minded cyclists for rides around the UK and further afield, then why not come and join the growing number of 'Royals' donning the Corps coloured lycra!!!
